AUSTIN, Texas (AP) A Texas-based company says it has found a way to beat a lead singer’s lead coefficient test for the lead guitar position.
Led singer Mike Posner scored a 98 in the lead position on Wednesday in the first lead guitarist’s lead-off performance in the company’s annual leadership test.
Posner, the son of lead guitarist Jerry Posner, is the company lead singer and is a member of the Blue Team.
Posner is also an assistant bandleader and guitarist in the band.
The company’s test was the first for a lead guitar since the last test in 2004.
It measures a guitarist’s ability to lead a band.
